Recipe for Stir - Braised Chicken (2 Servings)
1. 400g whole chicken thighs, cut to bite sized pieces.
2. Cooking oil
1. Heat 2 Tbs oil in wok/pan. Fry chicken pieces until slightly brown.
2. Add to pan Sauce for Braised Chicken. Slow cook until chicken is cooked.
3. Serve with rice.
